Osage Oil and Gas Properties is a full-service land company dedicated to helping our clients succeed in today’s competitive energy industry.
Since 1980, we have been helping our clients in all phases of land acquisition. Our seasoned professionals pride themselves on executing projects both accurately and timely. Working with Osage Oil and Gas Properties ensures you will receive exceptional service delivered with integrity and reliability.
Wes joined Osage Oil & Gas Properties in 2011 and was named President and CEO in 2017, having previously served as Senior Vice President and Prospect Manager. Under his leadership, Osage Oil & Gas Properties has become one of the largest most respected companies in the business. Growing up the son of a Landman, he believes in an old school customer service philosophy, “to give real service, you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money and that is sincerity and integrity.”
Mr. Sullivant graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Finance and later earned his MBA from Texas Christian University, where he was designated Top Scholar.
When he’s not at work, Wes enjoys spending time with his wife, coaching his kid’s sports teams, and spending time outdoors. He is involved with various charitable organizations and is a member of the AAPL, OCAPL, and TAPL..
Wes Sullivant President and CEO
Wes joined Osage Oil & Gas Properties in 2011 and was named President and CEO in 2017, having previously served as Senior Vice President and Prospect Manager. Justin Vick joined Osage Oil & Gas Properties in 2018, bringing over a decade of in-house experience. Before joining Osage Oil & Gas Properties, he worked for Linn Energy, Inc., as a Land Manager for Linn’s Mid-Continent assets in Oklahoma, Texas Panhandle, East Texas and Louisiana. Justin was responsible for 500,000 acres across three states, a 40,000-acre leasing and drilling program in the Merge, North Louisiana, and East Texas, as well as being the A&D land lead for acquisitions and divestitures in excess of $6B; Roan Resources at $3B, Granite Wash Divestiture of $2B and Devon non-core acquisition of $2B.
Mr. Vick is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and belongs to several professional associations, including the AAPL and the OCAPL.
Justin Vick Vice President – Land
Justin Vick joined Osage Oil & Gas Properties in 2018, bringing over a decade of in-house experience. Jerrod entered the oil and gas industry in July of 2005 as an independent field Landman, gaining knowledge in leasing, surface damage negotiation, and title examination for Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas and Arkansas.
He is passionate about the local oil and gas community and has served as past Secretary and Treasurer for the OCAPL and currently serves as Vice President. He has also been involved in AAPL and OCAPL Field Landman Educational Committee Chair/Liaison from 2013-2016.
Jerrod is an active member in his community and enjoys spending time with his wife and family.
Jerrod R. Hardegree, RPL Land Manager
Mr. Hardegree joined Osage Oil & Gas Properties in the fall of 2015 bringing 13 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry to the team. He currently plays a key role in the overall management and has been instrumental in the growth and development of Osage Oil & Gas Properties. Mr. York joined Osage Oil & Gas Properties in 2016, bringing over 30 years of surface and operations experience. Phillip previously held managerial positions at Land Services, Inc., Tenneco and York Consulting.
Phillip has been critical in the development of our surface operations team. He advises many of our clients on all surface related projects including but not limited to pipeline route studies, surface acquisition/construction/mitigation, facilities acquisition/construction, ROW and location acquisition/settlement, seismic and due diligence.

Phillip York Surface Land Advisor

Will graduated from Oklahoma City University with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies. Mr. Corbyn is a loyal member of the OCAPL.
He is a devoted husband and father of two that loves sports and spending time with his family.

Will graduated from Oklahoma City University with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies. Mr. Corbyn is a loyal member of the OCAPL.

Mr. Holsted joined Osage Oil & Gas Properties in 2017. Bringing over a decade of industry experience, he is well versed in complex HBP title and has been instrumental in ensuring the most complex projects are completed with accuracy and timeliness.
In 2006, Alan started in the industry with a family-owned brokerage firm in Norman, Oklahoma. Since that time, Alan has worked in every facet of the land business, both in-house and in the field.
He is a proud Oklahoma native and enjoys spending time with his family and two children.
Alan Holsted Senior Prospect Advisor
Mr. Holsted joined Osage Oil & Gas Properties in 2017. Bringing over a decade of industry experience, he is well versed in complex HBP title and has been instrumental in ensuring the most complex projects are completed with accuracy and timeliness.

Ms. Fowler joined Osage Oil & Gas Properties in 2017. Alicia brings over 5 years of field and managerial experience. She is responsible for the supervision of field landmen, leasing agents and land technicians and has been instrumental in developing our acquisition and divestiture due diligence team.
Alicia earned her Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Central Oklahoma.
Alicia is an active and loyal member of AAPL and OCAPL. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and two dogs, Luna and Hermione.
Alicia Fowler Project Manager
Ms. Fowler joined Osage Oil & Gas Properties in 2017. Alicia brings over 5 years of field and managerial experience. She is responsible for the supervision of field landmen, leasing agents and land technicians and has been instrumental in developing our acquisition and divestiture due diligence team.

Mike has worked in all phases of the Oil and Gas Industry from title examination, leasing, surface damages, due diligence, Federal, State, BIA, seismic permitting and right-of-way work. His work areas include Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Michigan, New Mexico, Arkansas, North Dakota, Montana and Colorado.
Mike has devoted countless volunteer hours with both AAPL and OCAPL. He served as OCAPL President in 2013 and was named the 2017 Landman of the Year.
He enjoys traveling, gardening and tending to the dogs with his wife Charlie. His family get-togethers with his son Chris, his daughter-in-law Lisa and granddaughter Eden mean the world to him.

Mike has worked in all phases of the Oil and Gas Industry from title examination, leasing, surface damages, due diligence, Federal, State, BIA, seismic permitting and right-of-way work. His work areas include Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Michigan, New Mexico, Arkansas, North Dakota, Montana and Colorado.
